Spares
We hold stock of unique spare parts for the products that we produce. Our van that goes to customer sites for product servicing carries a stock of spares and we can also supply stock for your own maintenance team when our engineers are not required. Items can be sent next delivery by courier, subject to availability - premium delivery will be charged in this instance.
Service
We are known for providing a quick, reliable and thorough service to our dispensing equipment, vision systems, label printers, laser and peen marking systems.
Our highly skilled service engineers are available to resolve any issues that may occur with your equipment.
Customer Service and Support
We have been working closely with Ford Motor Company, a prominment motor industry engine manufacturer for 30 years and have fulfilled service contracts servicing and maintaining our dispensing equipment, vision systems and barcode label printers within their Dagenham Engine Plant and Dagenham Diesel Centre. Our aim has always been to supply a long-lasting service for all existing and new equipment which is supplied to the Ford plants. We are currently on site three days a week with our maintenance contract, so they can expect a rapid response to any issues or changes that might take place. We have a number of staff who could be on site at the Dagenham plant within the hour to support various systems if needed. We use the most up to date products when manufacturing our equipment and keep a large number of spares on our service van and at our premises on Canvey Island.
We can also arrange specialist services such as powder coating, shot blasting and anodising to name a few. All our service support staff are highly skilled and are familiar with different sealant application equipment, vision system applications and printer applications throughout the plant.
